Ingredients
2 oz. PB&W Peanut Butter Flavored Whiskey
1 oz. Sherry
0.5 oz. Apricot Liqueur
0.5 oz. Toasted Coconut Syrup*
0.5 oz. Lemon Juice
3 dashes Tiki Bitters
Method
Shake all ingredients well with with ice.
Strain & pour into glass of crushed ice.
Garnish with toasted coconut, fresh apricot & banana leaves.
*For Toasted Coconut Syrup: Toast 1 cup of shredded coconut in a pan until golden brown. Add 1/2 cup sugar & 1 cup water until sugar is dissolved. Turn off heat & let steep for 1 hr. Strain & cool.
