Ingredients
1 oz. PB&W Peanut Butter FLAVORED Whiskey
1 oz. Strawberry infused Amaro Averna**
1 oz. Dry Sherry
Orange Peel Expression
Method
Stir all ingredients in a mixing glass with ice.
Strain into a rocks glass over a large ice cube.
Express the oil of an orange peel over the drink.
Garnish with a sliced strawberry.
*Infusion: Rough chop a few strawberries and put into a mason jar. Pour amaro into the jar until strawberries are fully submerged. Leave in a fridge to infuse for five days. Strain out the strawberries afterwards.
