Early AM
6:15 am: ripple alarm goes off - wake up call (this used to be the most soothing one for me to wake up to...a year ago)
6:30 am: morning social scroll in bed, what's on the PB&W agenda for the day?
6:50 am: hydrates
6:55 am: discovers the vicious dreadlock that has formed on the right side of head
6:57 am: speculates how vicious dread got this bad
6:58 am: forms the theory
7:00 am: concludes that vicious dread formed after overheating around 2:03am and tossing and turning for several hours
7:01 am: who cares, on with my day
7:05 am: hydrates and makes mini waffles, because it’s THURSDAY aka ALMOST FRIDAY!
7:10 am: first cup o’ joe
7:10 am: gets ready for my day
7:11 am: remembers I #wth
7:12 am: puts black blazer on… only because I wanted to say: “I put a blazer on” for this entry
7:13 am: takes blazer off, because it’s Thursday and I have no calls on the calendar
7:15 am: eats first breakfast (banana and peanut butter)
7: 15 am - 8 am: couldn’t tell you
WORKIN’ 9 to 5 just like Dolly Parton
8:00 am: work day officially has begun and it’s a work day!
8:05 am: watches Lady Gaga ½ time performance show from 2016
8:10 am: pumped and ready to check emails!
8:05 am: thinks about spiking coffee with PB&W
8:06 am: hydrates instead
8:10 - 9:00 am: outlook is poppin’ off
9:05 am - 10 am: werk
10:05 am: second breakfast (2 eggs, breakfast salad, avo, tomatoes, lots of cracked pepper) and second cup of coffee
10: 15 am - 12:10 pm: werk
12:11 pm: snack #1 - mandarin orange and a handful of pecans
12:15 pm: hits 10 pushups for brain power
12:18 pm: back to werk
1:00 pm: walks outside, takes a few deep breaths
1:03 pm: remembers I never took care of my vicious dread
1:05 pm: shrugs shoulders, continues to ignore dread
1:10 pm: eats first lunch - slice of leftover pizza
1:15 pm: back to werk
2:00 pm: hits 10 jumping jacks for brain power
2:45 pm: eats second lunch - greens and veggies with hummus
2:50 pm: back to werk
Late Afternoon Adrenaline
3:00 pm: gal pals from work slack me
3:01 pm: notice a very large diamond on her finger
3:02 pm: freak out, start profusely sweating
3:03 pm: heart beats out of control
3:05 pm: why am I more excited than she is?
3:06 pm: jokes on me. Ha Ha Ha
3:07 pm: good one. Give credit where credit is due, move on with convo
3:10 pm: say bye to my gal pals <3
3:11 pm: back to werk
3:50 pm: snack #2 - berries, yogurt, honey, cinnamon
Work is hard sometimes
4:00 pm: back to werk
4:05 pm: contemplates shot of PB&W
4:06 pm: hydrates instead
4:10 pm: realizing the meteorologist for the Apple weather app is a liar and Fort Collins, CO will never see the sun today or reach 90 degrees
4:16 pm: feed plant babies and let them soak up some natural light
4:20 pm: spin in circles for 60 seconds
4:22 pm - 5:00pm: couldn’t tell you
5:01 pm - 6:30 pm: back to werk
Day is done, (almost) gone the sun
6:47 pm: the sun came out, so I enjoyed it
6:50 pm - 7:23 pm: plays disc golf for the first time in life
7:24 pm: 10 over parr, no big deal… I'm practically a natural
7:30 pm - 8:30 pm: plays another 9-hole
8:45 pm: eats another slice of leftover pizza
9:00 pm: gets heartburn
9:05 pm: wants a cocktail, dammit
9:11 pm: makes a cocktail, dammit (see recipe above)
9:15 pm: smiles to self
9:16 pm: challenges partner to game of mini cornhole
9:20 pm: if you’re wondering, I won (it’s mini, it doesn’t take long)
9:25 pm: mini cornhole rematch
9:30 pm: watches Hulu
10:03 pm: enjoys night eggs, because I'm obsessed with Chrissy Tiegan and want to be just like her when I grow up
